Thanks Larry, regarding your words: "..false alarm as it has been so many times in the past. There are only so many rabbits Lev can pull out of the hat."

I have two comments:

1-We know you are good at sounding the alarm. It was honorable to acknowledge that they turned out to be false alarms.

2-Some of the rabbits Lev pulls out of the hat might just keep going and going and going!

3-I am still not alarmed, even if I can't count!

Have a good evening & good luck finding a re-entry point.

Larry, on at least one count, your financial analysis lacks common sense: Berg's money being contingent on milestones. Since Berg has more to gain than anyone if Valence succeeds, wouldn't he wave restrictions on his money as well as put in even more if he thought Valence is close? And isn't he in a position to know whether they are close? Berg will think long and hard before letting Valence go down the tubes. I have done a lot of due dilligence on this company and their potential competitors, almost none of which I have reported on here. There is a lot of evidence from many corners that says this company will go commercial very soon. I hope this is true. Good luck everyone long! Michael
