Guys, We are beating this to death. Neither the bulls or the bears are adding anything new. Positions are not going to change. Let's wait for some news good or bad and spin some more.<EOM>

Pronichev: Dozens of posters have noted Larry/noways lack of common sense. Larry hasn't much to do and enjoys the banter. We've all noticed the nonsensical repetition. Anyone who takes hindsight and credits himself needs a self esteem lift. If the best he can do is put up links to past posts, well... at least it shows an effort.

I'm looking for a steady incline of the stock this month and looking forward to some positive announcements!!

Good luck to the longs!!!

Michael, thank you, a reasonable post. Common sense would argue you are correct, if Berg thinks they are close.

Which makes me wonder why he did not remove the "milestones" requirement when the financing terms were changed.

If VLNC announces they've now got Berg's additional $7.5 million, it will be a positive indicator.

Better be careful, Pronichev...

If you do undertake due diligence and act on it without telling Larry or his pal nowaynow, somehow you've violated his guidelines for acting on insider information. Better more to read, and reread, and reread those S-3s - and short term trade based on those tea leaves.

You see, Larry and nowaynow feel that one who states his beliefs based upon some information which he/they either don't have or are too lazy to ferret out is either (1) hyping the stock, or (2) acting on insider information. He/they assume all investors must have the same information and perspective that they do - so how on earth could they come to earlier conclusions. I find Larry's/nowayhow's posts as irrelevant as he/they surely find mine.

Seriously, my own due diligence confirms what you have said in your post regarding status of the NI operations.
