Remember, the Emerson brand name itself is worth millions in future revenues, purely by virtue of its market penetration. This, of course, is contingent upon management's ability to tap into that brand recognition. I believe that Oaktree recognizes this value, and that is why they are after us. Certainly Jurick should try to get the best deal he can, but he better not play too hard to get, because this company will need some TLC to get it back on its feet. John M.
