So Tomahawk has to sub out. Where is the money going to come from? ARET doesn't have it. They don't even have the money to defend themselves in the lawsuit. Tomahawk went BK and they are not going to get sub-contractors knowing they won't get paid. Remember...Assets $1M, Liabilities $4M, lawsuit pending, Tomahawk won't get jobs that require bonding. Where is the money going to come from????? More dilution of shares? Hope not. I'm still a shareholder but I am feeling that we are on very shaky ground right now. They must find a rabbit to pull out of the hat somewhere. Any ideas? Regards, Helene
