Thats a lot of bailing out !!!!!

also. Delmar publishes his construction schedule in the Dodge Report, and within 24 hours he can have his bids. That's not an exaggeration just the way the industry works. That's only ONE way.

Helene et ALL - Re Dilution and reverse.

Dilution is when your stock becomes less worth due to issuing shares and using the outcome for non equity enhancing activities.

Current situation can be solved without dilution:

We owe the Bank 1.2MM$ - A 10-1 reverse followed by issuing 20MMshares @ 6 cent - the bank is paid - we owe nothing in the bank.

Shareholders equity is the 1.2MM$ higher after this action = No dilution.

Helene: Did you ever have a contractor start building anything before
you got a loan approval??? I have had six homes built over the past
48 years none where started untill the Bank said we'll give the Macko's a loan...

It was mentioned that these homes could possible be pre-fab houses...
The company making them would be glad to send in 4 or 5 Models free
of charge to display...ARET would not own them or have to pay for them
unless they changed companies.. This would be the pre-fab company's advertizement which they could write off...

I've helped assemble some of these and there is not much to it.
I am like Dusty and prefer a house built from scratch but have to admit that some of these models are not that bad...

Just wanted to put in my 2-cents..Thanks for reading...Bill

PS: Dusty what is the construction cost of say a 2500 sq ft home and
what would it sell for..I know this varies with location but you can
give us Ball Park figure so that those that are inexprienced in this
area could get some idea of what is going on...Does double the cost of
material come close???? TIA...Bill
