Well JT, you are indeed upholding your self declared hit and run reputation. I have no affiliation whatsoever with Rosario, as I am sure that you know, but would set aside, in your attempt to associate him with me. Posts like that have no bearing or relevance for me. I suggest that if you have any issues with Rosario's posts you address them directly with him. My report was factual with respect to what has been said elsewhere. Obviously a merger with a new entity that results in fewer outstanding shares would have the very same effect as a reverse split. With no financial reporting anticipated I would say the walks and talks like a duck rule would realistically apply. You can vilify Rosario or myself all you want, but it will have little effect on the reality of the matter. If you wish hard enough, maybe you can even convince yourself that not reporting is somehow a good thing. Personally I think that it is delusional and those that think it is a good thing are afraid to know the truth about this company. Hope is a feckless master. But good luck to you.
