You are wasting your time. If people knew: Rosario's real name Real address Real phone number Real investment company And if it could be proved that his posts are directly effecting PRWTs stock price (libel / damages)..... He could be held liable for statements he is making (which are represented as fact, in a malicious manner, and not his 'opinion') Since none of the above is available/proveable he gets to say whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He can say ANYTHING, accuse ANYONE, etc, etc. He gets a charge out of people when they threaten to pursue him legally, and has no morals. The only possible control over him is SI. If you notice, he always is trying to "play the victim" now and this would be his SI defense - the name-calling directed at him, etc. He is highly effective - the proof is in this thread. The more you reply to him, the more he owns you. Don't sink down to this level. If you are a PRWT long, Rosy is an enemy trying to take your cash and run - period. Don't underestimate how far he will go to try and trash PRWT. I suspect this is only the beginning. If PRWT continues to creep up, he will get more desperate and try the dirtiest of tricks - you watch. vb
