Harris has been named President of the Datametrics Systems Group, a software business wholly-owned by Zitel. Reginald H.W. Webb, the prior president of the software business, has been named President of European Operations. Anna M. McCann, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, has been named to the additional roles of Vice President of Finance and Administration and Corporate Secretary. In another action, the Company announced that Larry B.
