Roger, Yes, E-trade is a disaster AGAIN. They keep getting awards, and the service is awful. The award I would give them is a lot different than they would want. How about the award for the WORST performing financial web site on the net. And it is consistently the worst one. And they keep advertising for more customers. They should be putting the money into fixing the blasted web site and not advertising for more customers to p*** off. How can they sleep an night with the knowledge that they have a almost non-functional site? E-trade WAKE UP. Your stinking site is getting worse and worse. DO SOMETHING. Get a better internet connection, more computers, better software, WHATEVER. But WAKE UP. I am very tired of seeing "waiting for reply" at the botttom of the browser and then a "timeout".
