Mark, I have done several downloads today - 1/5/99 - everything OK. Using W-98 v4.2 Rob

Bob, Yes I too have had problems downloading new data each day. I had problems on both 1/5 and 1/6. I just kept trying to download over and over again and it finally worked (same both days). Another curious thing is that only the first 2 PCF (Personal Criterion Formulas) update automatically, the rest do not. I have to manually update these each day. All problems started with version 4.2, 4.1 worked with no problems. Technical support is closed by the time I get home. Has anyone had a similar problem and a solution? -Don
