Madeleine,

Well gee, it nice to know what Mr. Cuterer thinks, but irrespective of the opinion of CEO of Scientific American, please understand that increased shares do not in and of themselves increase liquidity. It is a secondary result only if there is an increased DEMAND for the shares. Look at IOM and what happened to the stock after their last stock split.

BTW, what was the share price of NASI when it split? Considering the cash burn rate of most BioTechs, one can easily understand why a CEO would make such a statement.

quote.yahoo.com

Note the May split arrow and see what the stock has done since that time period. Also check the volume (liquidity). Nuff said.

Madly,

Take a look at another search engine stock, WCTI. It was up 80% today and compare it to EXGP's valuation.

WCTI now has a market cap of $188 million and its search engine won't be commercialized til mid-February.

EXGP has a market cap of $13.5 million and its WebData search engine is commercialized. Its online auction comparison search engine has terrific value. Enchilada is in beta and I look forward to an announcement about this feature.

Regards.

Elliot
