Just looked at Yahoo. The concensus estimates for PSFT are $0.62 for 1998, and $0.76 for 1999. Based on those estimates, PSFT is currently trading at 30.8x expected 1998 EPS and 25.2x expected 1999. I would imagine that earnings estimates may come down some in the future based on all the talk of slowing ERP sales, but PSFT is still expected to grow, what, 35-40%. That would indicate that much of the slowdown is already built into the stock (as would the 17 hold ratings on the stock).

Does $0.70 reflect the reduced interest income lost going forward through the MMTM spinoff?
