Well Carl, you actually think that this property located on Dickinson Bayou upwind from a polluter just the other side of 146 there, that is in the top 20% of polluters nationwide is a prime development site?

Oh I can see how this will make a prime real estate development. Yes indeed. A marina with luxury yachts and houses, right in the middle of refinery odors. Yes indeed Carl, a very fine vision. Goodness gracious man, you must have never been there if you think this land would be worth that in development, or that any one would be interested in developing there to begin with.

You can't have it both ways you know. You can't say it is valuable for refinery purposes because of the TransTexas Gas wells in the middle of the Bay that need to get ashore. (Never mind that they already solved that problem.) And then turn around and say, why it is valuable for development. Right. You can try but it won't fly.

As to your attorney, why don't you just stick it back in your pants. No one is likely impressed by that kind of talk around here.
