1. That no motion to compel had been granted to WellRich. A: i will not say "no" motion, just one that carries no meaningful pressure to compel anything. 2. That no arbitration hearing had been scheduled. A: yes, to the best of my knowledge dear there is no arbitration hearing scheduled that was legally binding between wellrich & aznt. 3. That no arbitration hearings had ever taken place. A: yes dear, the 'event' you cite in vegas was a 'meeting', there was no arbitration . there was no legally binding contract between aznt & wellrich after peter shurr left there employment to best of my knowledge & kellogg states emphatically he did not get his stock from wellrich. there was no legal reason or pressure as i understand for aznt to arbitrate anything with wellrich. 4. That "wellrich solicits stock from aznt 144 shareholders as they run up aznt 800 phone bill to $18k last month." A: dear there is a stack of affadavits forwarded to the sec to support those claims. these affadavits are from the shareholders wellrich solicited. you can verify 800 phone bill with phone records easily. 5. That "we spent many days & nights doing our diligence". A: yes dear. much diligence has gone into this investment as any bb stock demands 6. That "we have talked to regulatory agencies, there agents & fbi agents". A: yes dear i have communicated with 2 fbi investigators as well as 2 sec agents. dear i responded directly but i must tell you it is still not lost on aznt shareholders your group claimed i lied repeatedly in my last few posts but have been unable to define these lies. it says much about your mob mentality to destroy shareholders as you seek to destroy this investment. spider
