SORRY BUDDY, YOUR RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I sold PRWT many moons ago and smelled something foul early in the game. My investments are doing just fine. What was the out come of the criminal action lodged against you and your buddie. for defrauding investors, conspiracy to commit fraud, and defrauding the federal government. JAIL TIME, PROBATION, PAROLE, FINES, RESTITUTION???

Well Citizen Carl, maybe you would like to clear the air over your involvement with the action brought against you and others in the Virgin Islands over that falsification of documents to HUD for the purpose of getting paid for work not actually performed. We are all ears over here. Clarification is greatly appreciated, as unlike Rosario, I don't think that it makes you a crook so much as just dishonest and not trust worthy. It seems that it was really a civil action and not criminal. So by all means, explain away.

Carl, when did you become the PUBLIC/INVESTOR RELATIONS REPRESENTITIVE for JOHN SCHMITZ and the PAN AMERICAN CORPORATION?? When I sent JOHNNY a lengthly E-MAIL several months ago asking him to adresS my concerns, you ended up calling me on the phone number that I provided in the E-MAIL. You stated that PRWT will be at 50 cents by the end of the year but yet TODAY you tell me that you only have 18,000 shares but during our conversation you had more than 5 million shares. How is JOHNNY paying you for your services? STOCK and MONEY? Are you on probation or parole at the present time and did you have to make restitution for defrauding inverstors and the federal government?? BTW, I took a copy of your threatening PM that you just sent me. How do I reach your PAROLE OFFICER??
