Carl told me he had about 5 million and with his other partners there was a total of 20 MILLION. I will be filing a complaint with the SEC regarding how Mr. Cruz was compensated by JOHNNY and PAN AM to handle some of PAN AM's investor relations matters. I would ask for them to subpoena Mr. CRUZ's trading records and get a statement from JOHNNY. Mr. Cruz did not tell me that he was being paid stock and or shares when he was hyping the stock over the phone too me. I will keep you posted of the out come.
