What are the laws governing people that recommend a stock to others that do not disclose that they are being compensated by the company with stock shares and or money?

I disagree, have you read the ruling in depth?? I have, the case has been transferred to the original court. The charges are still pending. We will check other court records over the next several days, IMO there will be other interesting cases. THOUGHTS? PS: Since you avoided my last question, here is the answer. IT is a violation of SEC regulations for an individual to promote a stock with-out disclosing that they are being compensated for the same? Correct me if I'm wrong of course!!
