Why did you tell me and others that PRWT would be trading at 50 cents per share by 12/31/98 and that USWXP which is at 20 cents would be trading at $4.00 by the end of september. Why did you not tell me during our phone conversation that you were being paid by JOHN SCHMITZ to promote the stock? Why did you call me from the e-mail that I sent JOHN which included my home phone number?? When did you first start handling PUBLIC/INVESTOR RELATIONS for JOHN and PAN AM. Why did the federal government charge you with fraud? If you wish I will have your attorney answer these questions tomorrow. PS: WHY WERE HYPING ECOI AT 13 CENTS AND NOW IT IS AT 3 CENTS? So Style Writer, no need to explain your court case? There seems to be some confusion here. In fact after reading the citation that Legalbeast has kindly posted I guess that I had the wrong one. For the one I have seen referenced had you specifically cited as a defendant in the action. I guess that the one that I cited was for another case entirely that must have happened the year before. My source material was apparently ambiguous. My fault I guess for not suspecting that I may have been dealing with some pattern of behavior as opposed to an isolated incidence. Were you involved with that one as well? If so, how about explaining your role there, as well? More to the point though, I think that after your touting all of the arrangements that you have been making on PRWT's behalf, you know all of those mortgage pass-throughs that you have secured for them in the Dominican Republic, and your upcoming efforts in Honduras and Belize, I think that you do owe an explanation to every one here about your apparent involvement in these actions. Especially the one were you individually were cited for falsifying documents submitted to HUD, or am I misreading that one? You are a big one for bringing out the heavy artillery to lay down cover for your failing attempts at touting, so how about just coming clean and bringing out the truth for a change? Or should we conclude that your taking the fifth amendment by refusing comment, should somehow increase the esteem that others supposedly hold you?
