How difficult do you think it is for WFR to file an amended S-3?

What makes you think that Management will try to engineer a lower offering price than market or business conditions will bear?

Carl, your action implies that the expiration is fairly soon in order for the arbitrage to have significance in the near term. When is it? Earlier you posted that you didn't know. Thanks.
