munsters,
I think that awre will make their money from anyone of the off shore companies that want to license their patents. How can USRobotics (3Com) compete with their 56k modems when their competion is selling their 56k modems for around $25 to $45.
This is one reason that I think USR sold out to 3COM,.....they saw the writing on the wall, like Westell will soon see.
All in my own opinion

<<. Has TUTS gone public yet ? There will be competition. >>

TUTS isn't public yet, but their specialty is a little different anyway. They do home-networking and private point to point DSL connections (not through the phone company).
