Interesting. I 've read an article in another local HK paper yesterday reporting that our old friend Singapore has actually invited hedge fund companies to open office in their wonderful country.

Yes, that reads HEDGE FUNDS...the same words that brings cold sweat to Donald Tsang.

I think it is a very smart move...highlight the restrictions currently imposed by the HK market and bring in the hot money to the local economy (at the expense of others).
