Conscience - as a long-lost battle-hardened veteran of this thread, I can only advise that you are engaging the WH spin-machine itself if you attempt to discern why the argument wanders off into irrelevance when you deal with the irrepressible Mr. Schuh.

Dan apparently still has his direct link to his boss, the grand poobah of the high-velocity-rotational public thought police, James Carville.

Don't hope for anything but cognitive dissonance, and save yourself the time of not paying too much attention to the cut-and-paste responses; after a few weeks out of the battle, I see not much has changed.

Sorry, Dan - I'm back - at least for a few hours!

Mr. K.

Out of context? I thought that message stood quite well on its own. I also thought it was quite ironic for you to accuse everybody of lacking reading comprehension when you had put forth such a coherent statement. Of course, as an admirer of JLA's integrity, you seem to suffer from a rather severe case of irony impairment.

As for the Rev. Pilch and your religious affiliations, it's not clear what the good Reverend's were either. I had him pegged as a Pharisee, but mostly he was known for such stunning logical formulations as the "leftist ad hominem". Along with, again ironically, his own rather bizarre excesses in name calling. In the creative name calling department, once you've been called a fecal minded pot of mucus, it's all downhill.
