Actually, I believe ATI and GTE operate at 800 MHz. If Bel Atlantic ends up with both, they will have close to a national coverage in 800 MHz CDMA. They (Primeco - a joint venture of ATI and Bel and GTE) also own some licenses in 1900 MHz band. But there are no tri mode (800 analog, 800 CDMA, 1900 CDMA) available yet)

I don't think ATI has ever had higher capex than Nextel but I may be wrong.
