We both know the wisdom (or lack thereof) of moving money from INTC to UBID et. al. Although Intel is at best fairly valued at today's price (a point that is debatable, granted,)UBID is absurdly valued here, most would agree. Of course, those 'idiots' made lots of money in the short run.

I was referring more to the technical fact that institutional block money flows over the past two years have performed poorly compared to retail money flows.
