Excellent points. Just another of many of Pan Am's fairytales. If this last press release had any meat to it the insiders would have been buying up big-time shares yesterday on hue volume, Instead the BID tanked another 20%. Don't get suckered into this latest ploy!!

Read the press release again, jhild. Don't just quote one sentence out of context. Reread all the press releases if you need a clearer picture. Get your facts straight before you post. If you don't understand the words, make a few phone calls, do a little research. Scottey

Things would be a lot clearer if they released their financials. But it seems absurd to question everything and look for "the hidden gunman". Doesn't hold water. You mention speculation that PRWT is going to merge with NHLT. You are right. It must be speculation since nothing has been announced. So, this means you acknowledge that NHLT is a "completely different" entity than PRWT. Now you question an announcement from this "completely different" company. We have confirmation from a third party of the strength of PanAmerican in that they will be funding up to $6M in expansion financing. Great news! Sure it isn't financials, but confirmation from an outside source of this kind of funds is very positive. A company must be pretty solvent to be able to commit these kinds of dollars. So why keep looking behind the grassy knoll. Take this for what it says and without the nitpicking. I have a grandmother who is getting ready to turn 89. She just quit driving, gave up her bowling three times a week, and quit going to the many service clubs she was involved with. She has also started loosing her memory but is still a great joy to be with. If you met her, you would say she is a nutty old bat who can't remember anything because that is obviously your nature. We like to focus on her strengths and those things she is still capable of doing, not to mention the happiness she gives to us. I would hate to go through life always looking for the negatives. How can you call it living if you fail to see the brightness in it. Everybody knows you want to see the financials. We all want to see the financials. But why must you always look for the negative. Please give it a rest. Heres another one. My new granddaughter is five months old. She just started crawling. Backwards, but she is crawling. We did not expect her to walk before she completed crawling. So quit expecting PanAmerican to run before it is finished crawling. Everything needs time to grow. Bob
