The comparison is closer to betting on horse racing than pure "games of chance". Both take research to do well and both can stumble even if they are good. The difference is you can ride this horse for as long as you want(or as long as it lives) and you can get off when it's in the lead, if you think it won't go the distance.

- Depends on whether your goals are short-term or long-term. Most investors including myself have short term goals and that accounts for the frustrations often voiced on this thread.

- I'm betting my money on the new officers coming on board LGOV this year. I still believe Deng Shan is key to all these joint-ventures' success in China.
