YOU CALLED ME back in AUGUST and told me PRWT would be trading at 50 cents per share by 12/31/98 and USXP would be at $4 by the end of September, its at 20 cents. You were hyping ECOI to LAKERS17, at 13 cents, its at 3 cents. Where do you think that you can improve on your DD and projections??

So Carl, you can't answer that question about your involvement in the Virgin Islands thing? Why don't you clear that up now instead of chasing Rosario? Just what was your involvement with Coastal General Construction Services Corp.? It seems particularly relevant with your boasting over on AOL about these pass through loans that you have personally arranged in the Dominican Republic, and all these other fine deals your cooking up in Honduras and Belize. I think with your working on behalf of the company the way that you are, and not just as a major shareholder, that publicly clearing the air over these allegations about your ethics would be a shadow that you would want to carry away from PRWT's door as opposed to have it hover here as it is with your continued cheerleading.

How is your friend and business associate JOHNNY, paying you for your Stock Promotion Services? Is the SEC aware of your business relationships with Pan Am and John Schmitz? What other South American Deals does JOHNNY have you working on? Were you envolved with the collapse of the BELIZE deal?
