WEST CALDWELL, N.J. -(Dow Jones)- Greg Manning Auctions Inc. said
Wednesday the company expects to report a profit for the second quarter ended
Dec. 31, even factoring in the costs of purchasing Teletrade Inc. in October.

The company (GMAI) said it also expects "record" second-quarter sales,
mainly due to Internet auctions.
Greg Manning said about 40% of its sales during the second quarter were
generated by Internet-related auctions.
Citing the purchase of Teletrade, the number of auctions rose to eight
to nine auctions a week from about five auctions per quarter previously.
