I think that if you never sold you never suffered a loss so you would not be entitled to a claim. Patrick, is that correct?

Mark, I think that it is 55/share, less 18/share in attorneys' fees and costs. I glanced at my papers a couple of days ago, but haven't read them yet. I think that the 55/share represents 6% or so of the estimated damages of $9/share.
