If psft buys manu it will confirm a lot of suspicions that the red pepper acquisition was not a good one. I have wondered what happened with RP for a long time, psft just couldnt execute there and I have no idea why, since RP had a fair installed base (incl Sun and some others) prior to the acquisition. Manu is a good product and if RP isnt working out I think its smart for them to cut their losses and go with a different architecture. The Manu installed base is much better than RP ever was anyway and at this point the price might be the same as for RP. Michelle
