PuddleGlum, I no longer use either Hotline or ProAnalyst. For whatever reason, I had continuing problems with stability, especially with Hotline. It crashed on me constantly. Like you, I prefer the look of the Trendsetter charts, and I found ProTa charts much slower to draw. I upgraded to a G3 powerbook 250, and found a world of difference. I especially like ProTA's versatility.I like the ease of accessing an individual symbol with the Tickerpicker and the ease of editing a symbol in the quote file. It's a great asset being able to write your own formulas, not only for the custom indicators, but for custom screens and testing trading systems. I like the optimize feature that will, for example, find the moving average that works best with a particular symbol. I find the Technical support equally good from both Jeffs. However, Jeff B. was never able to solve my stability problems. I had hoped that BeeSoft would be more diligent at updating it's web page. It should be a great forum for the exchange of formulae and ideas. But overall, I think it is a terrific program for the price. Hope you find it worth the purchase.

Cheers,

Mac Oliver
