DO you think that the company decided to release more shares based on this? Strange activity on BNEZ the last few days. Just a question and an observation. I've been watching this with interest the last few weeks but still have not joined the ranks.

It's too bad bureaucracy moves so slowly. I'm glad to see some dates attached to the new rules ... I just wish the phase-in time was shorter.
