Hi. Saw your note about shaun's comments. Here my thoughts.

The metallurgical results for the bulk concentrate are good, one significant point better than the increase in concentrate grade is the 40:1 concentration ratio obtained. Previously it was around 25:1. This means less volume to handle, so for every 100 tons of ore 2.5 tons of concentrate are produced. Now comes the acid test, which of the metallurgical methods pressure or bio oxidation will give the best economic results for recovering the metals from this concentrate???? This will determine the economic viability of the deposit at the current time. As stated they still have some drilling to do for final pit delineation, so metal prices currently are not the concern, metal prices 3 to 4 years from now are what are of most interest. The better grade will also be a factor in hopefully obtaining good recoveries. To be fair I should point out that the better grade is probably due to a combination of the areas drilled and improved metallurgy. But the news is positive and project looks like its still on track.
Shaun.
