This kind of thing can't come soon enough. It is the light of the 10-K filings that make the bugs scurry for shade. Deny them shade, and the bugs perish out in the open. I regret that PRWT starts with "P" as the phase in looks like their requirement to file will possibly be stretched until Feb or Mar of 2000. I'm wondering what the odds of their filing before they have to really is?

PRWT will not have to become reporting until March 2000. No reason to do so sooner. Strong fundamentals and good news will keep the price going up. By March 2000, the stock should show another 575% increase to the faithful, at a minimum. Yes, folks, those of us who are in since last March have seen 575% increases (as of today) in our investment, plus a few pennies made here and there when we sold shares at double digits and high single digits, and then bought back in at $.023 and under. PRWT continues to be the best investment I ever made and the bashers can bash all they want. I know lots of people who are smiling all day long as they calculate and spend their profits. Go Johnny go. Go PRWT.
