1) Was there an arbitration hearing yesterday between aznt/wellrich/arbitrator? (Source, if allowable) Yes. Sources: several people from WellRich; one other whom I'd rather not name. Spidey himself confirmed the appointed hearing, though he now denies it:exchange2000.com exchange2000.com 2)Who was there? As I understand it: the WellRich attorneys, Mikey, Robert Qualey, and obviously the arbitrator. Eventually Security. Perhaps others. 3)What was result (if any)? No results; the hearing was continued.4)What is this crap about Mike bringing a camera? (Video/Still/Movie? And if he did, why didn't he get to use it. I've been in a couple of arbitration sessions that were video taped) I should think that an arbitrator, like a judge, has the right to say yes or no to requests to videotape or take stills. I have no further information on this point, but I'm still laughing.5) Is DTC suing AZNT? (If so, for what?) I have no idea. According to McClean's testimony at the 2 October injunction hearing, the DTC was considering a suit. For what? I don't know. Maybe for being a pain in the ass.6) Is AZNT suing DTC? (If so, for what?) AZNT isn't precisely suing the DTC. They do, however, wish to have them added to their lawsuit as an official "defendant" so that they'll be obliged to hold to the terms of the injunction issued on 2 October. As was noted at the time, this doesn't make a great deal of sense, if all that's intended is to maintain the status quo. See the transcript of the injunction hearing for details.7) Did you have a good holiday season? Did Chief Saint Nick (Indian - Irish, of course) bring you lots of goodies, or had you been a bad little girl? (Kidding, of course) It was largely boring. Italians aren't good at Doing Christmas.8) What were the results and venue of the arbitration hearing you posted about a few months ago? Mikey appeared, made a scene, and stormed out. Initially WellRich thought it had won by default, but that would only have been the case if he'd failed to show up altogether. Attempts to schedule a further hearing failed, and so WellRich sought a Motion to Compel Arbitration. 9) Was the Motion to Compell Arbitration by a Federal Court (posted by Jihad) the requirement of yesterday's arbitration hearing? The motion was granted in the Clark County District Court, case number A394435, Department 13, Docket G. See Magnetic Diary for the relevant document.
