If these analysts are so accurate , they do not need the job of being an analyst. We are now in a new economy, if Yahoo's PE of 200 can be justified, then why not MSFT being 100 ? Couple years ago, PE of 25 was high , but from today's point view , a PE of 50 is pretty common for a high growth hi tech stock. The time is changing, the
business environment is changing , and you can not sit in your own small ivory box to see the changing world with the old concept.

there u go again, being nervous on me.look at pe of otherstocks like amzn ( no don't look at amzn pe) but look at aol.

how do u think i manage to hold this? cuz i m diversified.

look also at msft and aol price to sales. not much difference.

it's all relative.
Market bears are just jealous cuz they are sitting on cash.
