I suppose. I also think LegalBeast was hoisted by his own petard when he lectured me about the "involuntary nature" of the joining of a qui tam action. Though maybe in those kinds of situations it's just easier to use the word wrong, the fact the he holds himself to be a "legal demolition" expert, gives a bit of a "pop" to his experience.

He did seem to do a little better in his understanding of leases though.

I think that each of jhild's and ROSARIO'S post's could be classified as "hoisting their petards".

Hmmm.... what's a petard? Is it a Sphinctorial Emmission?

Wow! I'm just losing this thread! (like the money I'm losing on this stock?) probably because I get here once a year. Can't hack the same old crybaby 'petard solidus' here.

Iso, your transformation is interesting. How you can stay adhered to amusing yourself with the dribble is beyond me. Yer a better clown than me....
By the way, I tried the recipe. Didn't have any stale bread, so I tried my prwt (I think that is pronounced prout, which in french means... petard?) certificates. Would have cost me more to buy bread and wait a month....
No, it didn't work... not stale enough?
