Good Morning Sonny,

Yesterday was the kind of market that dreams are made of and I was most surprised how strong the buying remained all through out the day as there was not even a pause.

The S+P futures are down this morning and it would not surprise me to see a little breather after yesterday's marvelous performance. A few more days like yesterday and I may say take this job and shove it in your mail box. NAH. I have to have one thing that keeps me humble and demure. Besides the exercise is good for me.

Go Intel, Dell, and AOL let those sellers go to hell.

Have a great day,
Frank

Sonny -- Good Morning --- Barton Biggs was quoted yesterday as saying we are in for a 20 % correction due to the big run-up in the technology area . He is from the same firm that has a strong buy on Safeway --the grocery chain that we had talked about . Safeway has a P/E of 38 per Yahoo while MSFT has a P/E of 70 . Which one is overprice ? Also which one would you own for the next several years ?

BEST WISHES
BILL

P.S I think I know the answer
