WARNING!! If anyone was deceived by a date-stripped, edited S3 posted by Auric Goldfinger (DavidTravis@Hotmail.com), this was NOT recent! It was filed November 6, 1998 and merely registers the CS First Boston shares that we've known about for ages.

Was this posted by "Auric" at 2:35 pm yesterday, after which the stock dropped over a dollar, to influence shareholders? Why else? After all, he stated days ago that we'd see a NEW S3 and Reg D.

Harm may also have been done to short sellers who were encouraged by this to expect stock dilution and the stock price to drop further. Contact "Auric" if you feel he has misled you.

Keep Smilin'!

David,

"Hey, Afaq, how do you get out of a short position? Buying? Do you know of any other way?"

Absolutely not!

Longs alone cannot do for the stock price what they can do with the help of shorts. At least until Osicom gets significant analyst/research coverage by the street. And as I understand, these short buy like crazy when the time comes. With their help we'll get to 60 sooner than if we were doing it by ourselves. Irony is that when we get there, we are the one who will be smiling.

Keep up the good work shorts. And I hope Barb will soon be able to find a brokerage where she can get some shares to short. Certainly we do not want her to miss out on the opportunity to help us.

I wondering how the GigaMux sales are doing in Europe to require them to open new offices and increase the sales, marketing, and technical staff over there. Europe could be the real wild card. Or is it China?

Smile is the word!

Afaq Sarwar

A:By never covering as the company heads into BK. Q:"Hey, Afaq, how do you get out of a short position? Buying? Do you know of any other way?"

When the untold story gets told, and I got a gut it's gonna happen real soon, the descent to ZERO will be even higher paced than it has been in the last few trading sessions. I mean why bother covering something that's gone down so much and can't get financing? It's the best way to avoid paying taxes.
