1) Were their shares non-registered? Why?
A) most likely they owned unregistered stock which they
probably received in a private placement a year or more
ago.

2) Were their shares "restricted"? Why? Do they own 5%?
A) probably (see #1 above) I doubt if they own 5% but
its possible

3) Why did they feel it"necessary" to file a 144 Form?
A) If their shares were unregistered they had to file
the form to sell in the open market per the 144 exemption
from registration.

Now, I have a question for you. Why do you care about Andre and Pricilla's shares anyway? There have been so many 144 sales it
seems theirs is not material.
