How much can wcom offer for ati so that the deal is still accretive to earnings? Or has Ebbers' team convinced him of the value of ati wireless assets, so that any such offer would be dilutive?

Wonder how the street will react, any guesses up or down?

I thought MCI was more than WCOM could chew...(or at least a rumor that I had heard) that was ONLY 37 Billion. ATI is 55? I hope this isn't an appetite for destruction. Bernie must feel the cellular boat is sailing.
