More info about how you will not see a market maker's orders...

mtrader.com

SELECNET

This is also an electronic system of trading primarily used for trades
between Market Makers. It offers the trader added flexibility when
executing an order on the NASDAQ Exchange.

SELECNET is a Market Maker to Market Maker execution system,
therefore it is important to note that your bids and offers (like SOES) are
NOT reflected on the LEVEL II screen, instead, orders are displayed on
Market Makers terminals only.

otcbb,

A 504 is what I am AFRAID of ... but the discont is typically MUCH higher than what you suggest. Often, a broker gets shares at 40% of market value, sells to their clients in between their price and current price, and their clients sell into the market.

If there was a $1 million 504, my guess is the float would increase by 10 million shares.

Something's up .... but I honestly don't think BNEZ has done this. There are other options and I won't speculate until I speak to BNEZ next week.

later, leroyt

otcbbbaby,

your post make a lot sense.
I like the 504, but was done only to raise money and/or to raise money and help MM' to cover their legal/illegal positions?

The answers , the right ones, could make a big difference.
Also, between the float, the restricted shares used to paid for the company they bought, shares issued for others matters as employees, etc, etc and a possible 504, we soon going to get, in my opinion to the 35.000.000 shares authorized.

Even if PMA sell well, the company will need more money to stay in business.

Who will guaranty us, shareholders, that another reverse split won't happen in the next few months?

On top of that, Mitchell just mention a $28.000.000 advertisement campaign.

You can't tell me the money will come from selling PMA.
