TIA

Thanks, Bill,

<< The rule will be phased in over a 12 month period beginning in July 1999 and continuing through June 2000 in alphabetical increments based upon the company's name as of January 4, 1999. >>

Well, as long as Jimmy Chin doesn't change our name to Zwibeckcom I'd say "no problemo"! I think the only pink sheets Digitcom will sleep in will be the satin one's on JC's bed! Just an opinion of course.

GO DGIV! Oh, and Mr. Chin...thanks in advnce for all you are doing for us this year! <gg>

I would imagine from this mandate...

That companies like DGIV if they comply on time will have the ability to increase exposure and make some nice stock gains throught the reporting status..

Dont take my word for it though.

What ever happened to Zakman by the way? Sure hope he didnt fall into the same hole my friend "bRiAn" did! bRiAn, if youre out there....hi!! I'm waving at you. Can you see me? I knew yhou could.

LOL!Q!

That is excellent news for all investors. I'm sure no one would disagree with me that any company that does not comply with this requirement, for whatever reason, does not deserve and should not be listed on the OTC-BB. No exceptions. I see that 1/2 the companies already comply, quite frankly, the others are greatly remiss.
