I don't think it can ever be figured out.
It may take off any minute or not go anywhere
for days. You just have to hang on.

600,000 shares traded and a penny up! That's as good

Heres some info from Atlas Stock Transfer. There are 50Mil shares authorized. There are 19,128,841 shares O/S. They told Me I had to contact the Company for the Float count which I will attempt to do today.
