Hate to speculate about the buy out rumor but when you add the facts of the timing of the spin off and the huge trading volume it all seems to add up. What if it is not a cash offer? What if it is all a stock swap? I guess there are worse things than owning IBM. Not sure I would want to own SAP though. Jeff

There are so many rumors for buy-outs from almost all stressed stocks.
What can PSFT do for IBM? Why does IBM or SAP need PSFT? TIA!
