Your state has gone to hell in the last ten years. You need more republicans in office. At one time I had thoughts of buying a Summer place up there for fishing. Screw that. How's your real estate taxes? I pay 4k on a 160k house, 2.5% Sales tax runs 8.5% PS Thanks for the tax sites
