It obviously was good news but I did not feel compelled to buy more because of it, rather I felt perplexed..> I agree in that I certainly didnt buy more... I bought some great stock during the "tax selling" season and am not about to pay a buck higher because of this. However wouldnt the company do what it felt was the best deal for them??? What does GENE have to pay if they take it back now? DAK
