Good morning, Spider. I see the Jeff and Janice show still have not furnished evidence to back their silly claim. Now you know why I got nasty last night with them. Let them continue there little games, it does not matter anymore!!

it is this kind of self destruction which is a human curiousity ! lolol !

Sure is, Spidey. You'll believe any damned thing Mikey tells you, won't you? Whether it makes sense or not. I understand the two of you talk many times a day.

It was, in fact, extremely amusing to watch you change your story half a dozen times last night, "correcting" yourself every time you got another call. Unfortunately the story still leaves a great deal to be desired in the way of credibility.

As for WellRich: Jeff told you he spoke with their lawyer, Tom Sayers, who described the arbitration hearing quite circumstantially. Sayers also offered an account of a conversation he had with an exasperated Qualey. (Hint: the cause of Qualey's exasperation was not Sayers or WellRich.)

You appear to be saying that Sayers was lying. Uh-oh. Attorneys are officers of the court, among other things; telling lies about cases in which they're involved is a problem. Could get 'em disbarred. Now why would Sayers take that sort of chance? I can't think of a single reason.

Jeff's out this morning, but will be making some calls when he gets back.
