Brooks was testing and evaluating and no sale was ever announced. NASA was doing the same and again no sale was ever announced. China was announced as a sale. You can doubt the China sale as much as you want, but your premis is inaccurate. Scott

Much of what was in there was inaccurate and in the past year or so I have heard many things about Par's history that are quite impressive.
