badmood. the only concern against that article is the statement that institutions aren't buying. that's probably bs. there are institutions that will drive stocks with small blocks of even 100 shares. their transaction costs don't increase much if they own a seat. they can help move their favorites that way (both ways). several market makers now act like institutional buyers too given their amassed wealth this past year. what is an institution now?
